as well as venue finding, event styling, production and event management,

we are asked by our corporate clients, charities and brands to help create fantastic events for family focused experiences.

We were absolutely delighted to be part of this magical event at The Lanesborough in 2019. The Celeste restaurant was transformed into a magical indoor enchanted garden with trees, flowers, grass and even a swing. We were in charge of designing and delivering the entertainment experience for the guests.

Brief:

To create unique and one off entertainment tailored to the production and creative space that was created.


What we delivered:

  • We designed characters and costumes to compliment the production and themeing
  • Produced an immersive entertainment programme for our performers to bring off the page and engage the children throughout with fun props and imaginative games
  • Entertained approx 100 children aged from 0 - 10 yrs old
  • Created an immersive treasure hunt leading guests to chocolate eggs and Easter treats
  • Designed a craft activity and area for children to make their own creations
  • Provided additional entertainment such as face painters and Balloon Modeller

CIRCUS FAMILY EVENT FOR AMEX CENTURION MEMBERS

We loved creating this immersive Circus Experience for the families of AMEX Centurion members. We designed and delivered the full event from concept to completion using the fabulous Leos Club at The Arts Club.


Brief:

To create a fun experience for 30 children and their adult carers to experience the circus for an afternoon. Offering a wide range of activities to cater for all ages and ensure a luxury experience was had with lasting memories.


What we delivered:

  • Circus themed character entertainment with our Ring Master Host and Circus Skills activity
  • Balloon Modelling for each child to receive their very own creation
  • face Painting transforming guests to look the part at the circus
  • Craft table where guests could decorate their own top hat and circus mask
  • Fully decorated space transforming Leos into a mini circus with props and themed decor
  • Fully styled dinky dinning tables for their delicious feast
  • Themed food carts with unlimited pop corn and candy floss
  • Games stalls such as tin can alley
  • Sweet Treats station with themed cookies, cake pops and sweets
  • Take home gifts of bags full of circus toys and games

WINTER WONDERLAND CORPORATE FAMILY EVENT

Transforming our corporate clients offices at Christmas is one of our favourite things to do. On this occasion we entertained over 70 children and transformed our clients offices into a Winter Wonderland.


The Brief:

To suggest a festive theme that would be fun for all ages and their grown ups. To include decor and themeing and a variety of activities working within a budget.


What we delivered:

  • Themed character entertainers which included jack Frost, The Snow Queen and Snow Flake the fairy
  • Craft activity station with cookie decorating and Christmas tree decorations
  • face painting and balloon Modelling
  • Santa in his grotto and his elf helpers
  • Immersive panto performance with lots of interaction and fun
  • Themed decor throughout from the entrance right into the activity spaces, everything was designed within a colour palate or blues, whites and accents of silver with main focal backdrop, props and balloon decor throughout


MOTHERS DAY AT THE CARLTON TOWER JUMEIRAH WITH ANNABEL KARMEL

We worked with The Carlton Tower Jumeirah Hotel to create a beautiful Mothers Day Event in conjunction with Annabel Karmel. The invite only invite was to celebrate wonderful Mothers and their children. Guests took part in a cookie making and decorating workshop led by Annabel and enjoyed Face Painting and beautiful decor by us.


The Brief:

To design a beautiful space for the event working within the theme of Mothers Day


What we delivered:

  • Entrance decor with organic balloon garland in pinks and lilac with spring flowers
  • Children's tables using white chivari chairs and pastel pink linen and mini bud vases filled with seasonal spring flowers in pinks and purples
  • Wooden cart transformed into sprinkles bar for children to choose their sprinkles to decorate their cookies
  • Picture perfect balloon backdrop in pink and lilac tones with spring flowers and butterflies
  • Additional balloon decor throughout
  • face painters for both mothers and children to enjoy


RESTAURANT CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE

We were engaged by Caprice Holdings to inject some festive fun into their restaurants over Christmas including Balthazar & 34 Mayfair.

Brief:

To create an authentic and engaging Father Christmas & Elf character to either roam or be situated within the restaurant for guests to interact with (both little & BiG). Adding value to the restaurants offering over the festive period for guests as well as gaining social media coverage from guests posting on their socials.


What we delivered:

  • Premium quality dressed costumes for our characters to wear
  • Full character briefs for our actors to study and bring their characters to life
  • Multiple appearances over several days at both Balthazar & 34 Mayfair

MUMBLE FORUM LAUNCH EVENT

We planned the launch event for Mumble Forum a global networking forum for mothers inspiring social change. We were asked to plan and style this event in 2019 which took place at The Lanesborough

Brief:

To style and plan the event from concept to completion including designing the space, working with multiple suppliers, producing pre and during event schedules, floor plan and format for a smooth running and successful event.


What we delivered:

  • Fully styled space working with brand colours incl step and repeat backdrop and balloons, furniture and decor throughout
  • Work closely with all suppliers and our team to ensure a smooth and slick event installation
  • Organise event charity raffles with multiple luxury prizes
  • Create all event documents including floor plans, operational documents and fully breif all suppliers
  • Operate sound during speeches and key note speakers
  • Create playlist of music to reflect the event
