CURRENT JOBS

CREATIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized
Creative Production Coordinator to join our small creative team. This is a mid-level role for a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership of projects, problem-solving, and turning ideas into reality. You’ll be a pivotal part of our party and events operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the office, warehouse, and costume studio, to the delivery of our bespoke luxury events.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys creative challenges, and wants to grow their career in luxury events, with the potential to step into producing, designing, or planning high-profile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, managing them end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Oversee office and studio operations, ensuring everything is organised, safe, and ready for events.
  • Create and maintain supporting party documents, schedules, and databases for upcoming bookings.
  • Coordinate packing and unpacking of events, ensuring props, tableware, costumes, and equipment are handled safely.
  • Bring creativity to hands-on tasks, such as painting props, styling tables, tying gift bag bows, or assisting with brainstorming party concepts.
  • Problem-solve on the fly, anticipate challenges, and take initiative to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain office admin tasks efficiently: reordering supplies, processing returns, and keeping systems up to date.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and support the smooth delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Contribute to the creative and conceptual side of events, offering ideas and insights to enhance client experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can take tasks and run with them.
  • Driven, motivated, and invested in producing exceptional work.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys variety in daily tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a creative eye.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in creative production, events, or a related environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Adobe Suite and Canva a bonus.
  • Comfortable with hands-on creative tasks and office/warehouse coordination.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Work on high-profile, luxury events in exciting locations.
  • A varied, creative, and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Opportunity for career progression into producing, planning, or design.
  • Work alongside a fun, talented, and like-minded team.
  • Dedicated workspace and access to company socials and team events.
  • Potential for travel and exposure to international events.

Bonus If You:

  • Can make a mean gin and tonic.
  • Love cake tasting.
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy a hands-on, immersive work environment.
